Atlanta Hondl, RN
Owner, Founder, Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Grand Forks native, Atlanta Hondl, graduated from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Managerial Finance and Accounting in 2017. During her studies, she fell in love with all things aesthetics when she accepted a management position at a medical spa, where she worked for nearly four years. Her love for the industry was so great that it was the driving force to attend nursing school, so she could facilitate aesthetic treatments and follow her dreams of becoming a cosmetic injector. She graduated with her RN degree from the Dakota Nursing Program in 2020. After obtaining licensure, she immediately began to seek out training from leaders in the aesthetic community and spent nearly six months traveling the United States learning from industry innovators. Highlights of her training have been attending the Academy for Injection Anatomy hosted by Dr. Chris Surek and completing both online and hands-on training in Chicago with aesthetic educator, Rana Kennelly. At the Aesthetic Immersion, she has taken an abundance of courses in the speciality areas of: lips, under eye, biostimulators, hyperdilution, cannula, and facial balancing. She has been accredited in multiple aesthetic areas earning CEU's in neuromodulator, facial filler, microtoxin, and the management of adverse events. Additionally she became a certified laser technician completing training in the areas of laser hair removal, IPL, radiofrequency microneeedling, and non invasive radiofrequency technology. Safety being the core of her aesthetic philosophy, she also completed coursework to become a LSO (Laser Safety Officer). She is continually advancing her training to provide her patients with superior service.
Sarah Wilkins, MD
Medical Director, Co Owner
Dr. Sarah Wilkins is a native of North Dakota, born and raised in Bismarck. She graduated from the University of North Dakota with a bachelor's degree in science and completed medical school and surgery internship at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She completed pathology residency through the University of Massachusetts Medical School and fellowships in Cytopathology and Surgical pathology through the University of Minnesota Medical School. Her experience in surgery and pathology has provided a natural platform on which to promote and practice the art of aesthetic medicine. Sarah became certified by the National Laser Institute as a Certified Medical Director in Aesthetics.

Sienna is from West Fargo, ND but has lived in almost every corner of North Dakota! She is currently pursuing a B.B.A in Marketing and a B.B.A in Management at the University of North Dakota. Sienna has always had an interest in skincare and aesthetics but began her personal skincare journey when she started to struggle with hormonal acne after moving to college. Sienna hopes to one day hold a marketing position in the aesthetics industry as she believes there is nothing more rewarding than helping everyone to feel beautiful! She is excited to help Mangata in her position with content and marketing.
Sienna enjoys spending her time with her Golden Retrievers Lennox and Tito, traveling, being active and creating social media content!
Brenda
Marketing Director
Brenda’s knowledge of the aesthetics industry started seven years ago as she’s always been intrigued by what it has to offer. Her first career in the aesthetics industry began five years ago as an executive assistant to one of the nations top leading medspa owners.
During her time as an executive assistant, Brenda started marketing for various medspas and furthering her previous knowledge of online sales and social media. She learned the ins and outs of owning a medspa from the backend as well as in-office during customer interaction. The benefits of knowing both sides has been a great advantage from a marketing perspective.
Her career flourished as she was constantly advancing her skills and education. She then went on to follow her dreams in aesthetics marketing and hasn’t looked back since. On her off days you’ll find her with her husband and two children, spending time outdoors and always looking for the next adventure.
Faith is from Minot, ND and is starting a new chapter in Grand Forks. She is currently working towards finishing her Bachelor’s of Business Management degree through Minot State University. Her interest in aesthetics stemmed from her experience working as a client coordinator at an aesthetic spa in her hometown, where she found her true passion. She looks forward to growing her career and education in the industry, and helping others feel confident and beautiful in their skin!
In her free time, she enjoys traveling home to visit family and friends, doing yoga, and all things health and wellness.
Mattie
Master Esthetician
Mattie grew up on a farm outside of Argyle, MN and she wouldn’t trade the small town farm life for anything! She has been an Aesthetician for over 6 years and is bringing her skills and experience to Mangata. Her schooling started at NDSU in 2013 with a major in retail merchandising only to realize 4 years later that her true passion was in aesthetics, so she started her journey at The Salon Professional Academy. After starting, it was no surprise that Mattie fell in love with facials and all things skincare. Shortly after passing her boards in 2017, she landed a lead esthetician position at a local medical spa where she worked for six years. She became an expert in all things skin: from facials, peels, to medical grade skin care and she is so excited to bring this experience to Mangata. Her passion really shines through in all of her work and she lights up when she gets to talk about it! There is nothing she loves more than making people feel beautiful and confident in their own skin! When Mattie isn’t at Mangata, you can find her working out, hanging out with her family & friends, and spending time with her four-legged bestie, George!
